|Address:||102 Scott Alley East|
|Year Built:||c. 1903|
This structure was originally built as a shop or storage building when it was first constructed, but appears as a small apartment building by 1961. It stands two stories high with a moderately pitched side gable roof. A set of wooden steps provide access to the upper-level apartments. The most striking details of this building are the gable ends, where there are high octagonal ventilation windows near the peak, and Queen Anne style fish scale siding.
