The wide, full-length porch topped by a large dormer window are the most prominent features of this house. The delicate spindle columns are replicated in the balustrade surrounding the porch. The large picture window on the north side of the main facade is divided by a thin mullion, and is flanked by decorative shutters. This home is reminiscent of some of the kit home patterns that were popular during the early-20th century, although it is not certain it comes from one of these designs.
